The aim of the paper is to describe by categories of automatic control theory a system of rooms heating, consisting of heating power control equipment (two-way, three-way or four-way water valves), heating equipment (radiators and piping) and heated rooms as an object of temperature automatic control system. The heating power regulator and heating equipment heat transfer function are formed by performing Laplace differential aquations transforms describing the non-steady behavior of these elements. This heat transfer functions of the heated rooms are determined by formation of an electro-analogue model. The heat transfer function of the heating system elements are necessary at considering the studies and optimization of varying rooms heating and design of programmable heating regulators.
