Rapes (Brassica napus L.) are growing as the main oil culture in Lithuania. In order to get an optimal yield of rapes, has :o be reduced the influence of stress to the plants. According to the scientific literature, for this purpose can be used biological agents, because they are promoting the growth and development of plants and bio-activity of soil. To estimate the influence of several biological agents (i.e. Terra Sorb Foliar 2 1 per ha"1, Azofit 1 1 per ha"1, Bio Plant 1 1 per ha"1, TSF Mikro and Amalgerol 2 1 per ha"1) to the yield of rape seeds, has been made the research in Experimental station of Aleksandras Stulginskis university in summer of 2011. The subject of the research was rapes of the variety SW Landmark. The crop was sowed in same field where had grow rye. The field was enriched with fertilizers NPK 17:10:14 150 kg per ha"1 together with Ammonium nitrate (N34) 150 kg per ha"1. Furthermore, during the vegetation have been used plant protection products to avoid the harm of insects. The trails have been divided in two parts. The first half was sprayed with mentioned above biological agents one time, the second half - two times. The biggest harvested yield was from trails which had been sprayed with Azofit 1 1 per ha"1 in both cases - accordingly 2,02 t per ha" and 2,27 t per ha"1. Despite that the growth of yield (from 1,70 up to 2,24 t per ha"1) was gotten from other trails as well. Consequently harvested yield conformed hypothesis that biological agents have obvious influence on yield of rape seeds.
