dc.description.abstractInvestigation was carried out during 2010 and 2011 at the Agrobiotechnology Laboratory, Lithuanian University of Aleksandras Stulginskis. The experiments were carried out with four winter rapeseed cultivars 'Insider', 'Libea', 'Silvia','Valesca' and four spring rapeseed cultivars 'Ability', 'Liaison', 'Maskot', 'SW Landmark'. Study results shows different winter and sping rapesees resistance to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum depended on exogenous supplement on media, ultraviolet radiation and their both combination. Exogenous oxalic acid concentration in induction media on rapeseed regenerants increase sensitivity to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, but the optimal concentration depends on cultivar. Investigated OA and UV treatment, carried out that the highest positive effect on rapeseed regenerants had shown by UV radiation for 15 min and obtained on the medium supplement by 0,5 mM OAen
