The effect was tested in Kuktai in a silty loam Luvisol soil during the period of 2011. The additional fertilization of sugarr beat with urea and preparation of free amino acids Terra Sorb foliar, increased the yield of roots and leaves. 15% of the urea solution burned leaves, resulting in decreased leaf and root yields. Depending on the sprayed urea concentration, in combination with the free amino acids in Terra Sorb foliar treatment, additional yields of sugar beet have been very different. When 15% concentration of urea was sprayed on leaves the root yield decreased, while after spraying 10% concentration of urea yield rose by 0,9 percentage units, after treatment with 1% and 5% urea concentrations yield enhancements where 3,8% and 9,4%. The biggest amount of dry mater was found in those sugar beats that where sprayedthe with the concentrations of 10 and 15% of urea, but since these treatments gave lower root yields the sugar yield per hectare was also lower. The highest sugar yield from one hectare was obtained after the treatment wit 5% concentration of urea. In this variation sugar has risen in 1,1 percentage units, and an addition of 2,29 t ha-1 of sugar yield was obtained. After treatment with 1 urea concentration the amount of sugar rose by 1 percentage unit. The concentration of urea used for additional through leaves should not exceed 5%.
