Abstract: Therefore business companies need to look for new solutions by adapting aims, changing activities, mastering new technologies and improving management. The aim of research is innovative managerial solutions to form a responsible organization behavior. Scientific analysis and synthesis techniques used to describe small and medium-sized enterprises are presented, using the Socialsme methodology as an example. These cases of Lithuanian small and medium-sized enterprises revealed difficulties with application of the Socialsme methodology in very small businesses: it is difficult to create educational circles, implement the job rotation, initiate learning activities, create skills matrices. Also the implementation process takes personnel away from their direct duties
