Application of the socialsme method in the small and medium companies of Lithuania

Therefore business companies need to look for new solutions by adapting aims, changing activities, mastering new technologies and improving management. The aim of research is innovative managerial solutions to form a responsible organization behavior. Scientific analysis and synthesis techniques used to describe small and medium-sized enterprises are presented, using the Socialsme methodology as an example. These cases of Lithuanian small and medium-sized enterprises revealed difficulties with application of the Socialsme methodology in very small businesses: it is difficult to create educational circles, implement the job rotation, initiate learning activities, create skills matrices. Also the implementation process takes personnel away from their direct duties.
