Assumptions of globalization, labour market active mobility, labour market and education contents internationalization make significant influence on development and upraising of professional education system participants'values. Especially significant to this process is the shifting of pedagogic technologies, when teacher's real interaction with student is changed into imitated, virtual environment, limiting direct communication conditions for educator and student. Under such circumstances educators often raise the following problematic questions: • ... how devaluation of direct interaction between student's and teacher's personalities will influence the development of student's values ? • ... how to ensure teaching of profession, using modern technologies, in which should be reflected not only cognitive (epistemologic), but also value (acsiologic) professional education contexts? • ... how the creators of e-teaching products, supplying their services to student, will evaluate his/her individuality and will develop it? • ... how will be reflected in professional education contents of the principle "diversity uni ty, but not uniformity" when creating inter-European space of professional education. Educators also care how to induce the tune of student's individuality and sociality in the process of specialty knowledge as one of the most significant assumption for professional education, providing of which under the circumstances of virtual teaching is more limited process, which is more difficult to organize. From one side, schools that seek to modernize educational process by the help of informational technologies, guarantee better conditions for search, receiving, collection and systemizing of educational material. Straipsnyje atskleidžiamos tyrimo metodologinės nuostatas, aktualizuojami nagrinėjamos mokslinės problemos klausimai, nustatant, kokiomis priemonėmis Lietuvoje naudojamose e-mokymo pedagoginėse technologijose skatinamas kritinis besimokančiųjų mąstymas, formuojantis individualumo ir socialumo raiškos vertybių sistemą profesinio ugdymo procese. Daug dėmesio skiriama individualumo ir socialumo dermės vertybėms, kurios atspindi atskirų profesijų grupių vertybių ideologinę sistemą, užtikrinančią darbo rinkos stabilumą, kultūrų bendrumo bet ne vienodumo principo realizavimą kuriant bendrą ES darbo rinką.
