Climate change impacts are observed in the living nature. The aim of the study was to assess herbaceous plant phenelogy of broad-leaved forest under different climatic conditions in Kamsa botanical-zoological reserve. Study object was the deciduous forest of the Kamsa botanical-zoological reserve. The phenological events in the reserve were recorded in 1991, 2000, 2006-2010 years. Phenological events, projection cover, height were recorded for each herbaceous species. Monitoring data from a growth and flowering in the Phenological spectra, average projection cover and height were made for the site. The data on temperature and precipitation was analysed with the purpose to determinate the influence of climatic conditions on the growth and development of plants. The research has found that according to the height the dominant species are: Aegopodium podagraria, Carex sylvatica, Polygonatum multiflorum, Stachys sylvatica, Dryopteris carthusiana, Urtica dioica. The majority of flowered plants in late April and May. Gagea lutea, Anemone nemorosa, Mercurialis perennis, Pulmonaria obscura, Asarum europaeum started to flower earliest and Aegopodium podagraria, Urtica dioica-in the end of June. The highest projection of coverage was of these species: Stachys sylvatica, Urtica dioica, Mercurialis perennis, Aegopodium podagraria, and the lowest – Viola reichenbachiana, Phyteuma spicatum, Hepatica nobilis.
