The aim of investigation was to analize the influence of different humidity and temperature regime on photosyntetic rates of the pea (Pisum sativum L.) cultivar 'Pinochio'. Experiment was conducted at the Lithuanian Institute of Horticulture's plant physiology phytotron complex laboratory in 2010. The plants were grown under different temperature (+21/14°C and +25/18°C day/night) and humidity (-40%, -25% and <10%, normal/medium dry/dry) regime. Investigation showed that high (+25 °C) temperature induced chlorophyll a and b proportion in pea leaves. +21 °C temperature and normal humidity substrate stimulated accumulation of chlorophyll a. Irrespectively of the temperature the chlorophyll a/b ratio is the highest in the dry substrat. At the temperature of+21 °C, irrespective of the amount of moisture, the content of carotenoid induced.
