Abstract: Were studied varieties rhizogenesis in vitro. The results showed that pears rhizogenesis process depends from explants physiological state, culture in vitro age, solid media composition, explants mechanism of action by exogenous gold type and time. The part of investigated varieties had quite big adaptability and plasticity, this means they were able faster or slower to form germs in different conditions. Another part of studied varieties was forming germs just in some studied conditions and the other part was not forming germs in none of our reserches examined conditions. Apparently, this could be influenced not only by our investigated factors but also by differnets genotypes endogenous hormones quantity and proportion
