Abstract: The possibilities of increasing the effectiveness of solar collector effectiveness have been investigated in the paper. The research has been performed with pressurised water tank of constant volume and variable volume accumulation tank in the solar collector system. The results show that using the variable volume tank it is possible to use the solar collector system for heat energy production by 5% more effectively
