Abstract: Įprastu požiūriu žmogaus veiklos paskatų klausimas numato redukcionistinę žmogaus tikrovės tyrimo perspektyvą. Todėl įdomu iaiškinti tai, kaip I. Kantui pavyksta užbrėžti ribą tokiai redukcijai, kuri, įgijusi nekontroliuojamą pavidalą, neretai naikina tyrimo objekto sutelktumą ir dėl to tampa paties tyrimo prasmingumo savinaika
The article aims to prove that the significance of 1. Kant's philosophical heritage hasn't been diminished by the last 200 years since the philosopher's death. That especially holds true dealing with the criticism of the pure practical mind and its conclusions, which are becoming newly accute in the situation of the revival of the popularity of the human world research reductionistic techniques. In this situation I. Kant deserves some interest due to his own individual way in affirming the resistance to the reductionistic interpretation of the human thought
