Cadastral measurements of land plots are performed by determining the coordinates of epochs and landmarks of the land plot boundaries on the public system of axes, and when forming land plots in rural localities (for the restoration of ownership rights and private farm), the coordinates of epochs of the land plot boundaries are determined graphically according to the last renewed cartographic material in the order defined by Cadastral regulations. Each formed land plot becomes the object of legal relations only after the registration in the Real estate cadastre. The analysis of the plot boundaries discrepancy between preliminary and geodetic measurements is presented in the article as well as the most frequently occurring discrepancy examples are cleared out.
