dc.description.abstractStraipsnyje pateikiami biodyzelino (rapsų aliejaus riebalų rūgščių metilesterių) sintezės, taikant biotechnologinius metodus, tyrimų rezultatai. Opti¬malios rapsų aliejaus peresterinimo metanoliu katalizatoriumi naudojant lipazę Lipozyme TL IM sąlygos: 50 "C temperatūra, 12 % fermentinio preparato nuo aliejaus kiekio, metanolio ir aliejaus molinis santykis - 4:1. Peresterinti siūloma stadijomis palaipsniui į reakcijos terpę įterpiant metanolį, o susida¬riusiam gliceroliui pasalinti naudoti sorbentą silikagelį, kurio 3 % priedas didina esterių išeigą apie 10 %. Pateikiamos principinės biotechnologinės bio¬dyzelino gamybos bei lipazės ir silikagelio regeneravimo schemos. Tirta cheminiu ir biotechnologiniu metodu gaunamo biodyzelino savikaina. Nustatyta, kad taikant biotechnologinius metodus savikaina yra žymiai didesnė nei taikant cheminius metodus. Tik naudojant pigesnes lipazes. jas regeneruojant ir naudojant pakartotinai galima gauti mažesnės savikainos produktą, kurį gaminante nesusidaro atliekųlt
dc.description.abstractResults of biodiesel fuel (fatty acid methyl esters) synthesis investigation by application of biotechnological methods are presented in the article. Optimal conditions of rapeseed oil transesterification by methanol are as follows: temperature – 50 oC, 12 % of ferment preparation (from oil mass), methanol and oil molar ratio 4:1. Multistage transesterification process has to be performed by adding gradually the required amount of methanol. The use of silica gel for the removal of glycerol from the reaction mixture is suggested. The obtained results show that 3 % of silica gel additive from oil mass increase ester yield by 10 %. The work presents principal technological schemes for biotechnological biodiesel fuel production as well as regeneration of lipases and silica gel. Comparison of cost price of the biodiesel fuel produced by biotechnological and chemical methods shows the cost price of biodiesel fuel produced by biotechnological method is higher than that of the biofuel obtained by chemical method. Only use of less expensive lipases and application of their recycling and regeneration technologies make it possible to produce biodiesel fuel at lower cost price.
