dc.description.abstractImituotu šalnu poveikio bulviu fotosintez s rodikliams vegetaciniai bandymai atlikti 2008 m. Lietuvos sodininkyst s ir daržininkyst s instituto Augalu fiziologijos laboratorijos fitotroniniame komplekse. Tirta maistin s paskirties, vidutinio ankstyvumo bulviu veisl ‘Satina’ (Solanum tuberosum L.). Tyrimu tikslas–nustatyti bulviu lapu fotosintez s pigmentu kieki, augalus paveikus trumpalaik mis šalnomis. Augalai auginti 5 l vegetaciniuose induose reguliuojamo klimato kameroje. Bulviu augalams pasiekus III, IV organogenez s etapa ( ., 1982), dvi ir keturias paras buvo imituotos 3,5 valandos trukm s šalnos (nakti). Po dvieju paru nakties metu 3,5 val. imituotu šalnu (-4oC) poveikis fotosintez s pigmentu kiekiui buvo nežymus. Ilgiau trukusios (keturiu naktu) šalnos reikšmingai sumažino chlorofilu a ir b bei karotenoidu kieki augaluose. Po poveikio augalai keturiolika paru buvo laikyti reguliuojamo klimato kameroje, kur buvo stebima ju regeneracija. Ištyrus fotosintez s pigmentu kieki po regeneracijos, paaišk jo, kad bulviu augalai nesugeb jo atstatyti pradinio pigmentu kiekiolt
dc.description.abstractObject of this study was to evaluate the effect of simulated late frost on the amount of photosynthetic pigments in the leaves. Vegetative experiments were carried out in phytotron complex, Laboratory of Plant Physiology, the Lithuanian Institute of Horticulture in 2008. Investigation focused on Solanum tuberosum L. var. ‘Satina’. Two and four nights plants were exposed to stimulated frost for the period of three and half hour. Two and four-day frosts were observed to have different influence on potatoes photosynthetic pigments indices. Analysis of the amount of photosynthetic pigments in potato plants showed a stronger negative affect resulting from four day- frost. Content of photosynthetic pigment in potato leaves did not recover in two weeks after the exposure. Frost damage, suffered in early growth stages affected further growth and development of plantsen
