Abstract

The link of research comprises the description of development problems and perspectives of rural tourism sector. The results of research cover the opportunities to develop rural tourism under service quality management impact to service mix transformations, creation of service quality management system for implementation differentiated service. The results of research are focused to determine the preconditions for dealing effectively managerial problems in rural tourism sector. The results of research are available to apply for improvement rural tourism service quality and realization of rural tourism market development problem. The task of research is focused to identification of rural tourism development shifts, when the consequences are based by the analysis of results of service quality parameters. The task composes the objectives for further derivations: 1) analyse the rural tourism service delivery process; 2) investigate the factors influencing rural tourism service demand and supply; 3) determine the aspects of rural tourism development. The object of research: service delivery entities of rural tourism sector. Management process in rural tourism. Methodology of the research is based by the studies of scientific references about rural tourism market parameters and analysis of their attributies of changes; identification of factors of rural tourism service supply and deman; quality management principles in rural tourism service delivery; determination of tendenciens and opportunities to improve service. The research is grounded by monograph and graph metods, logical analysis and synthesis. The consequences are based by comprehensive analysis of factual situation in the sector of rural tourism service
