Abstract: Straipsnyje aptariama bendruomenių formavimo bei bendruomeninės veiklos organizavimo problematika. Atsižvelgiant į šiuolaikinius visuomenės raidos procesus bei istorines kultūrines bendruomenės ir bendruomeniškumo formavimo prielaidas, pateikiama bendruomeninės veiklos tipologija ir organizacinės bendruomeninės veiklos formos. Pateikti vieni ar kiti požiūriai neturi griežtos konstatacijos, tai daugiau įžvalginio pobūdžio akcentai, kviečiantys diskusijai
There are a lot of definitions about a term of community. However, the common meaning of “community” is the common agreement between citizens, living in the definite territory and having the common interest or traits, for a common action, which is based on self-government, independence and principles of mutual relations. Partnership defines the content of community. Partnership – a qualitative term of community’s living style as the common agreement implemented from the social activities, which have the attributions characterizing the guides of common activities such as: fields of activity, trends, directions, functions, attitudes of value and so on. Today extent of social activities are so enlarged, that we should systematically and in historical contexts look at the organisation, implementation of activities and results. Therefore, we should look at the social activities through: types of communities’ organizations - signification of the direction of social activities; nucleus of partnership – fixation of the generality of organization; function of organisation the partnership – definition of the fields of activity; forms of institutions – indication of the fields of public actions. This period is distinguished of a vicissitude nature, therefore social activities should pay an influence in the organisation turnover. Therefore, the social activities should be orientated not only to the organization of the citizens’ collection, establishment of the community organizations, but to formation the communities’ self-government in local area as well. That will make the precondition for rural citizens to solve the future themselves and avoid a destiny of consumer community and society.
