Abstract: An article deals with investigation on realization possibilities of ecological products. There are reviewed modus of selling, they advantages and disadvantages, other factors, influencing development of ecological products market. The aim of the article is to analyze main trends, means and problems of ecological farms trade and to prepare conceptual trading and distribution model of ecological products. According to research data, there are significant changes in organization of ecological products trade. The number of wholesales, processors and specialized shops increase, but still, it is not enough to ensure trade of ecological products and incomes and profitability for ecological farms. It is recommended to implement offered conceptual model for trade of ecological products and to evaluate possibilities and efficiency of this model in particular conditions. The most favorable place to realize this recommendation is the region with highest concentration of ecological farms
