Abstract (en)
Biotechnological synthesis of animal origin methylesters was investigated. The optimal parameters of biotechnological animal origin methylesters one-stage synthesis were: 40°C, 6 hours of reaction time, molar fatmethanol ratio was 1:1,6 and 10% of enzyme amount. The investigations of multi-stage synthesis showed that the reaction should be performed by three stages and the molar fat/methanol ration - 1:1.4. In this case, the esters yield was 97.9 %.
