Abstract: This paper presented aim of the work, which is to increase railroad truck durability by using technological equipment for regularly changing roll surface and transversal axle profile hardening degree at automatic regime during electricmechanical processing (EMA). Two different systems have been analyzed. Flexible electric-mechanical processing automation system is meant for scientific research and element processing in unit-rate production. Rigid automated system is designed for manufacture. Flexible automated system is designed and made on PESM basis
