Abstract: The research paper presents the main factors. which were identified under analysis of farmers, specialists and executives of enterprises. The results of investigation are: firstly. the enterprising of farmers composed of 151.0 scores. the enterprising of a agricultural processing enterprises - 153.85 scores secondly, pro rata the innovative skills composed of 14.9 scores and 15.6 scores. thirdly professional risk composed of 17.25 and 19.20 scores. The principal means of state support for the improving enterprising are EU SF distribution and reclamation, the privileges of tax system. the protection of national market, the development of business infrastructure, the formation of innovation policy. the improvement of legal normative system. The means of improvement the enterprising depend on farmers and executives of agricultural sector. and could be composed as self-education, formation of organisation philosophy, exepreinec studies, probation in enterprises - leaders
