Abstract (en)
The present work studies the dry matter, crude protein and crude fat content of germinated seeds of Triticum aestivum L. var. Zentos, Medicago sativa var. Europa, Raphanus sativus var. Cherry Belle. Dry matter, crude protein and fat content was determined in ungerminated and germinated for 1, 3 and 5 days seeds. Moisture content markedly increased during germination process. Crude protein and fat changes depends on germination time and seeds species.
