Abstract (en)
Different biological matrices are specific and complex, therefore their preparation and analaysis are based on separative techniques. In order to obtain pure or less complex fractions for identification and quantitation of analytes, different origin and selectivity sample peparation methods are applied. Several recent and ongoing projects will be reviewed regarding the methodologies used, techniques and devices developed for solving of particular analytical problems. The scope of the investigated objects will cover plants, medicinal plants, food, bee products, biotechnology products and waste bioremediation. New developments in miniaturisation of the methods and devices will be reviewed.
