Abstract: The article examines Lithuanian drug policy which changes from 1.1.2017² and is related to acquisition and possession of small quantities of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances for personal use. Therefore the article consists of three main sections: analysis of national aspect, evaluation of UN conventions and EU policy from perspective of personal usage which is discussed in the second section of the article, while the final part is intended for analysis of the doctrine of Constitutional court and national situation from legal and scientific perspective
