The aim of this article is to discuss the possibility of establishing the Federation of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania (ELLF). The uniting factors and the real situation have also been taken into consideration. First of all, the historical roots, geopolitical situation of these Republics should be described. Second, international situation of Lithuania and the priorities of Lithuanian foreign policy will be evaluated in main features. Then, the questions of emerging critical factors in European Union (EU) or inside North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) will be touched. What unites and what can separate these nations? The most suitable method for that is an analytical one: Objective conclusions will be made. Legal factors are also of great importance as only law can guarantee stability of a state. The tasks are connected with the answers how to create, what is the use of that, at last, it is ELLF still relevant when they are the members of EU and NATO today. The article which touches national problems does not promote any racialism or humiliation of people of other nationalities. Lithuania is a legal state and the people of other nationalities in Lithuania used to live here for decades have the same rights and duties. The Article 45 of the National Law of Lithuania states: “The state provides support to national communities”. They also have to feel that Lithuania is their homeland.
