The wage should be such that could meet basic human needs at the moment and could guarantee the security in the future. In fact, the wage depends on a lot of subjective and objective factors. Of course it has influence on labour market. It is necessary to analyze economists’-financiers’ labour market because of popularity of social studies. On the other hand, labour demand of economists-financiers is low in Lithuania during 2014. So similarities, differences and the main problems of Lithuania economists-financiers labour market by wage changes aspect are presenting in this article. The period of research is 2014–2015. The aim of this research is to analyze theoretical aspects of labour market, wage and to present empirical research Lithuanian economists’-financiers’ labour market by wage changes aspect. The subject of research is labour market. The research is carried out of using scientific literature analyze, statistical databases systematization, correlation, comparative analysis, survey, individual semi-structured interview and ranking methods. The first section of this article is presented theoretical aspects about labour market, wage and researches of other scientists. The second section is provided the methods of empirical research. The third section is presented the main research results. Finally, the main findings and recommendations are provided in the end of this article.
