Abstract
In this article we aim to consider the aspect of higher education in law in the perspective of ‘educology’. Legal educology thus, as a section of the general field of educology, has to comply to the general frameworks of higher education. However, it is also a very much unique science of education requiring special approaches to teaching, which are not always coherent with the general models. In this paper we linger on some aspects of the configuration of these two modes of legal educology – i.e. (1) being part of a general and (2) being special – and provide with some hints on the directions into which the teaching of lawyers could be developed or where problems could be raised. Five parts in this paper are separated by posing five relevant questions in a generative way.
Šiuo straipsniu siekiama apsvarstyti aukštojo mokslo procesą teisės srityje edukologijos perspektyvoje. Teisės edukologija (arba teisės mokymo mokslas), kaip bendrojo edukologijos lauko dalis, turi būti derinama su bendrąja aukštojo mokslo sąranga/konjunktūra ir jos reikalavimais (pagrindinis teisininkų rengimas vykdomas aukštojo mokslo institucijose). Vis dėlto, tai yra pakankamai unikalus mokymo mokslas, reikalaujantis specialaus mokymo proceso supratimo, ne visada derančio su bendraisiais modeliais. Šiame straipsnyje analizuojami tam tikri šių dviejų teisės edukologijos modusų – (1) buvimo bendrojo laiko dalies ir (2) buvimo unikaliu procesu – ir jų tarpusavio sąveikos aspektai. To pasekmėje pateikiami siūlymai ar pastebėjimai dėl to, kokiomis kryptimis teisininkų mokymas galėtų būti vystomas arba kur reikėtų kelti problemas. Penkios straipsnio dalys yra atskirtos pagal penkis aktualius ir susijusius klausimus.
