Abstract: Straipsnyje analizuojami konceptai žemė, tauta, namai, miestas, kaimas, svetimas, savas, geras, blogas. Darbo tikslas - atskleisti šiems konceptams teikiamas asociacines reikšmes. Daroma prielaida, kad šios asociacijos gali parodyti tam tikrus pasaulėvokos ypatumus, ypač susijusius su savos/svetimos erdvės skyrimu. Darbas pagrįstas 2006 metais autorės atlikto eksperimentinio tyrimo rezultatais
The Lithuanian concepts of earth, nation, home, town, country, own, strange, good and bad are analyzed in the article. The aim is to bring out the associative meanings that are given to them by Lithuanian students. The assumption that these associations can show the some particularities of world attitude and the differentiation of own / strange space is formulated. The work is based on the associative test research carried out by the author in 2006 in Kaunas. These results of the test are compared with the definitions of the appropriate concepts that are found in the Dictionary of the Contemporary Lithuanian language as well as the results of the relative research of S. Ryžakova and M. Zavjalova that was carried out in 1999-2002 years in Vilnius.[...]
