Abstract (en)
The paradigm of organisational learning is analysed in the paper: relying on the analysis of scientific literature and carried out researches its concept is presented and key features are identified. Empirical research carried out in a company providing telcommunication services disclosed the main features that characterise organisational learning and obstacles met in the learning process. A missing link between individual and organisational learning limits the organisation's opportunities to benefit from the learning process.
