The easiest part in the work of the manager is to be interested in the future. The hardest part is to determine how the future of an organization will look like and how an organization will act in this future. With intend to answer these and many other questions important for managing, developing and self-developing business organizations, management science gives lots of attention to processes of knowledge management in organizations that look for competitive ways in the market.
