Abstract: The paper presents the analysis of uncertainties occurring in the process of numerical identification of spatial parameters of an analyzed object from its laser holographic interferogram. The specific attention is devoted to the numerical identification of the centers of interference bands. The presented evaluation of total uncertainty of the analysis may help to optimize the identification process and to avoid critical mistakes in the procedure for calculation of parameters of the analyzed object
