Abstract: Šio tyrimo tikslas - įvertinti jaunuolių profesijos rinkimosi ypatumus. J.Hollandas (1987) teigia, kad žmones traukia profesijos, kurios atitinka tam tikras jų ypatybes. Jis skirsto žmones ir profesijas į šešis tipus. Kuo labaiu asmuo pasižymi tam tikro profesinio tipo bruožais, tuo didesnė sėkmingo profesinio apsisprendimo tikimybė (Holland, 1987). Palanku kuo anksčiau pastebėti profesinio tipo ištakas ir pradėti vaikui jį formuoti.[...]
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the features of adolescent's vocational choice. Holland (1987) states that people tend to choose professions that fit their features. He classifies people and professions to six types. The more individual has features of the one vocational type, the greater possibility he has to choose the proper profession (Holland, 1987). It is useful as early as possible to find the predictions of some vocational type and help the child to form it.[...]
