Abstract (en)
The article generalises on demands and preconditions for assessment and acknowledgement of nonformal and informal learning achievements in the context of training of profession teachers in Lithuania; it is aimed to answer the questions how to asses knowledge, abilities and value attitudes gained by profession teachers via the method of non-formal and informal learning in order to individualise the process of didactic preparation of teachers; also, a number of methodological guidelines for assessment of non-formal and informal learning achievements are presented for a discussion.
