Abstract: The main subject that was analyzed in this work is hot dip galvanizing. Hot dip galvanizing is an investigation of basic processes of thermal metal doping with zinc. The hot dip galvanizing process consists of three basic steps: surface preparation, galvanizing and inspection. There was a discussion in HDG about the merits and demerits, and demand of galvanizing constructions. Therefore, the first purpose of this work was to analyze the structure of zincs layers and to account diffusion coefficient of zincs in steels. [...]
