Abstract: Straipsnyje analizuojama naujų darbuotojų kaitos pirmaisiais darbo mėnesiais problema. Pristatomas tyrimas, analizuojantis naujų darbuotojų ketinimo išeiti iš organizacijos dinamiką ir jos sąsają su organizacinės socializacijos rodikliais. Aptariamos rezultatų praktinio taikymo galimybės.
The aim of the paper is to analyze the problem of turnover among new employees on the early stage of their career. The dynamics of turnover intentions was studied; the relationship between employee turnover and organizational socialization was investigated. The possibilities of applying the results in practice have been discussed.
