The purpose of this project is to create four innovative online training modules for developing key competences of adults. These modules are: module for communicative competence, module of learning to learn competence, intercultural competence module, and entrepreneurship competence module. The modules will be placed in the online learning and training platform. Developed innovative training programme will help improve the access and quality of the development of key competences for adult learners in the project partners’ countries. It will also enhance the networking and cooperation of different institutions that provide training for a target group of the project. Developed training programme and the modules of key competences for adults will enrich and expand the supply of adult education and training services provided by each partner of the project. The project involves partners from different sectors of the project: universities, universities of applied sciences, initial VET schools, institutions for adult education, public entities. Project target groups consist of adults belonging to the different sectors, graduates from initial VET and Higher Education institutions, unemployed persons with a different educational background and work experience. Such cross-sectoral cooperation is necessary for the development of training modules for key competences. Development of key competences requires know-how and experience from the different sectors of education and employment.
