Abstract: College baseball coaches earn far less than college football coaches in amount and percentage of professional coaches’ salaries. This disparity arises because college baseball coaches are less likely than football coaches to sign with an agent to represent them in contract negotiations.
Universitetų beisbolo treneriai uždirba gerokai mažiau nei futbolo treneriai tiek vertinant absoliučia suma, tiek procentine profesionalių trenerių atlyginimų dalimi. Šis skirtumas atsiranda dėl to, kad universitetų beisbolo treneriai, tikėtina, rečiau nei futbolo treneriai pasirašo susitarimus su agentu, atstovaujančiu jiems derybose dėl sutarčių.
