Fiziškai neįgalių darbuotojų saviveiksmingumo, pasitenkinimo darbu ir emocinės savijautos sąsajos

Tyrimo tikslas – atskleisti fiziškai neįgalių darbuotojų saviveiksmingumo, pasitenkinimo darbu ir emocinės savijautos sąsajas. Tyrime dalyvavo 122 įvairiose Lietuvos įmonėse dirbantys fiziškai neįgalūs asmenys, iš jų 48 vyrai ir 74 moterys, kurie atitinkamai sudaro 39,3 % ir 60,7 % visų tiriamųjų. Tyrimu buvo siekiama nustatyti, kaip susiję fiziškai neįgalių asmenų pasitenkinimas darbu, saviveiksmingumas ir teigiamas bei neigiamas emocingumas. Fiziškai neįgalių darbuotojų saviveiksmingumui nustatyti buvo naudojamas M.Jerusalem ir R. Schwarzer (1979) sudarytas bendrąjį saviveiksmingumą įvertinantis klausimynas, pasitenkinimas darbu išmatuotas naudojantis Minesotos pasitenkinimo darbu klausimyno (Weiss, Davis, England, Lofquist, 1967) trumpąja versija, emocinė savijauta matuota naudojantis D. Watson ir L. A. Clark (1999) publikuotu PANAS-X klausimynu. Nustatyta, kad didesnis fiziškai neįgalių darbuotojų saviveiksmingumas susijęs su didesniu pasitenkinimu darbu. Tuo tarpu didesnė darbuotojų negalia nėra sietina su mažesniu pasitenkinimu darbu ir didesniu neigiamu emocingumu. Be to, nustatyta, kad fiziškai neįgalūs darbuotojai, kurie labiau patenkinti darbu, pasižymi ir aukštesniu saviveiksmingumu, didesniu teigiamu emocingumu ir mažesniu neigiamu emocingumu lyginant su tais darbuotojais, kurie mažiau patenkinti darbu. Iš kitos pusės taip pat rezultatai parodė, jog didesnis saviveiksmingumas ir didesnis teigiamas emocingumas fiziškai neįgaliems darbuotojams siejasi su didesniu pasitenkinimu darbu.
The aim of the study was to assess the relationships between self-efficacy, job satisfaction and emotional being of the physically disabled workers. The subjects of the study were 122 physicaly disabled men and women working in different Lithuanian organizations which employ disabled people. There were 48 (39,3 %) males ir 74 (60,7 %) females in this study. The study was carried out in order to determine how job satisfaction of physically disabled workers, self-efficacy and positive and negative affectivity are related amongst each other. Several methodological instruments were used in the study: M. Jerusalem ir R. Schwarzer (1979) survey of general self-efficacy, Minessota Satisfaction Questionnaire (Weiss, Davis, England, Lofquist, 1967) short version, D. Watson ir L. A. Clark (1999) PANAS-X survey. The results of the study showed that higher self-efficacy of the physically disabled workers is related to higher job satisfaction. Whereas harder disability of the workers could not be related to lower job satisfaction and higher negative affectivity. Besides the results revealed that physically disabled workers who are more satisfied with their job are characterized with higher self-efficacy, higher positive affectivity and lower negative affectivity in comparison with physically disabled workers who are less satisfied with their job. On the other hand the results of the study also showed that higher self-efficacy and higher positive affectivity of the physically disabled workers is related to higher job satisfaction.
