Abstract: Coaching consulting in organizations allow managers greater flexibility to respond to the market and the competitive environment changes. Theoretical studies of coaching phenomenon carried out in the coaching phenomenon conceptualization and categorization context. Coaching consulting analyzed in the business process management context. The empirical study used mathematical psychology Conjoint methodology that allows to simulate the process of coaching consulting. Formed coaching consulting simulation model provides the opportunity to improve the quality of the coaching consulting.
Koučingo konsultavimo taikymas organizacijose suteikia galimybę vadovams lanksčiau reaguoti į rinkos ir konkurencinės aplinkos pokyčius. Atliekant koučingo fenomeno teorines studijas atlikta koučingo fenomeno konceptualizacija bei kategorizacija. Koučingo konsultavimas disertacijoje analizuojamas verslo procesų valdymo kontekste. Atliekant empyrinį tyrimą disertacijoje panaudota matematinės psichologijos metodologija Conjoint, suteikianti galimybę simuliuoti koučingo konsultavimo procesą. Disertacijoje suformuotas koučingo konsultavimo simuliavimo modelis suteikia galimybę koučingo konsultantams pagerinti konsultavimo kokybę ilgojoje perspektyvoje.
