Edukacinė ir vadybinė streso prevencija bei jo įveika profesinėje mokykloje

Abstract

Darbe analizuojamos profesinių mokyklų pedagogų darbe pasitaikančios streso priežastys, stresinių situacijų edukaciniai ir vadybiniai įveikimo būdai ir prevencinės priemonės, padedančios užkirsti kelią darbe pasitaikančioms stresinėms situacijoms. Tyrimu buvo siekiama nustatyti, kokie stresoriai trukdo profesinių mokyklų pedagogams sėkmingai ir efektyviai dirbti ir pateikti teorinį stresinių situacijų prevencijos ir įveikimo būdų modelį profesinės mokyklos mokytojui.

The reasons for stress, happening in the work of vocational schools‘ teachers are analysed in this work, as well as educational and managerial methods of coping with stressfull situations and preventive measures, which help to prevent stressfull situations in the work process. The research was aimed to identify the stressors, intervening the successfull and effective work of vocational school teachers and to present theoretical model of stressfull situations prevention and coping with them for the teacher of vocational school.
