Abstract: Koučingo konsultavimo taikymas organizacijose suteikia galimybę vadovams lanksčiau reaguoti į rinkos ir konkurencinės aplinkos pokyčius. Atliekant koučingo fenomeno teorines studijas atlikta koučingo fenomeno konceptualizacija bei kategorizacija. Koučingo konsultavimas disertacijoje analizuojamas verslo procesų valdymo kontekste. Atliekant empyrinį tyrimą disertacijoje panaudota matematinės psichologijos metodologija Conjoint, suteikianti galimybę simuliuoti koučingo konsultavimo procesą. Disertacijoje suformuotas koučingo konsultavimo simuliavimo modelis suteikia galimybę koučingo konsultantams pagerinti konsultavimo kokybę ilgojoje perspektyvoje.
