dc.description.abstractThe graduation paper Cooperation of preschool education institution managers with teachers as a recondition of democratic relations by Irena Padkauskienė, a student of MA programme at the Department of Social Pedagogy of the Pedagogy and Psychology Faculty of Vilnius Pedagogical University has been written under the guidance of dr.habil.professor Marija Barkauskaitė after the study of pedagogical, psychological and managerial works on the issue concerned and the analysis of questionnaires completed by the pedagogue of pre-school educational institutions. The main task of perfection in the preschool education institution is to create the culture of communication as an essential condition in purpose to get better results and as a possibility to organize the work more swimmingly. To achieve the fact that the relation of cooperation would dominate in the institution is not an easy task, because the tolerance of the community, care about each other, the positive assessment of us, and the harmony of the community is necessary. It asserts by responsibility and democratically accepted solutions. The dialog, intended for the alternation of preschool education institution, planning activities, looking for its model, is going on permanently. The groups of community members (teams) are created not for the office but for all accepted idea. They seek for the common purpose, solve particular problems and collaborate between each other. In this way all the members become active participators and organizers of the life of the preschool education institution. Relations between educators and leaders in the institution, determine the successes of the leading. No matter that it is a very actual in the pedagogical practice, the area was not fully analyzed. These relations make huge influence for the microclimate of the community. It also stipulates the creation, incites the wish of the perfection, forms the initiative, independence of the pedagogues and fortifies the authority of the institution. It means that it makes the direct influence for the results of education. The purpose of investigation is to deduce the influence of the relations among pedagogical personal and leaders for the creation of democratic relations in the institution. The results of investigation showed that the collaboration helps to form the communication skills of every pedagogue. The pedagogues store the experience of the communication, collaboration, abilities of shouldering the responsibility and hearing another person. By communicating with others everyone expresses himself, shows what he cans. The pedagogues learn to operate not only for themselves but also for the members of his group. I think that good relations between pedagogues and leader make an opportunity to plan the work in another way. The pedagogues feel comfortably in the democratic atmosphere. Consequently, they improve them selves and practice constantly. For every pedagogue there are many possibilities to show his devise to colleagues. Reserved people begin to feel a necessity of communication. The pedagogues of the organization work according to some rules which are reasoned by fellow-feeling, the wish to help, understand and support each other. In this way, people create the atmosphere of the trust. Also, it impels the sense of full-fledging. While communicating they learn to form their thoughts rightly, to argue their opinion, to debate without insulting the colleagues. Every role is important. The leader together with pedagogues is looking for the interface, the equality of all members. Only when there is a trust among all the people and a positive dependence invites the collaboration, the mutual respect and responsibility upspring. Conclusion 1. With reference to analysis of investigation data, we can state that good relations among the leader and pedagogues make an opportunity to plan the work in another way. The pedagogues feel comfortably in the democratic atmosphere. Consequently, they improve them selves and practice constantly. For every pedagogue there are many possibilities to show his devise to colleagues 2. The investigation revealed that the miscellaneous contacts of people appear because of requirement of the common work: changing of information, preparation of the common strategy, understanding of other people. 3. The investigation showed that pedagogues of the preschool institutions collaborate constantly, use the creative potential and motivation for the active self- expression. 4. The data affirms that while changing the style of leading all the spheres of the activities consequently change.lt
