Abstract: Magistro darbe tiriama Jacko Kerouaco recepcija Lietuvoje. Gilinamasi, kokį poveikį Kerouaco idėjos bei kūryba padarė lietuvių rašytojui Tomui Arūnui Rudokui. Lyginamoji šių autorių kūrinių (Kerouaco romanų "Kelyje" ir "Dharmos valkatos" bei Rudoko mini romano "Autodafė", apsakymo "Kelyje" bei apysakos "Saksofonistas) analizė atskleidžia neabejotiną Kerouaco ir bitnikų kultūros poveikį Rudoko darbams. Analizuojami ryškiausi Rudoko iš Kerouaco perimti motyvai, kurie byloja apie vyraujančią integralinės recepcijos formą.
The object of these Master thesis are the novels „On the Road“ and ,,Dharma Bums” by American writer Jack Kerouac and the stories „Saxophonist“, „On the Road“ and the mini novel „Auto-da-fé “by Lithuanian writer Tomas Arūnas Rudokas. The aim of these thesis is to reveal the impact of the beatnik’s culture and the creativity of Kerouac made on the texts of Rudokas. It analyses if Rudokas, who kept Kerouac as a great source of inspiration, assumed the characteristic motifs, created his own transformation of beatnik’s culture in Lithuanian culture, or his tracing of the Kerouac’s manner was only a literature game. To find the answers to these questions help the theories of comparativeness and reception and methodological tools used in them.
