Ugdymo proceso kokybės vadyba ikimokyklinio ugdymo institucijoje: "Vaikystės sodo" atvejis

Magistrinio darbo tikslas – įvertinti ugdymo proceso kokybės vadybą ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigoje „Vaikystės sodas.“ Tyrime naudoti metodai: Anketinė pedagogų apklausa, giluminis, pusiau struktūruotas interviu. lyginamoji duomenų analizė. Pagrindinės darbo išvados: 1) mokslinės literatūros analizės pagrindu atskleista ikimokyklinio ugdymo kokybės vadybos ir jos sistemos samprata. Ji dažniausiai aiškinama bendromis vadybos teorijomis, kurios taikomos tiek bendrojoje, tiek švietimo (taikomojoje) vadyboje. 2) švietimo dokumentų ir autorinių organizacijos dokumentų analize atskleista ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigos paskirtis. Sužinota, kad "Vaikystės Sodo" darželiuose vykdoma kokybės kontrolė - tai pedagogų veiklos stebėjimas, vertinimas, kurio tikslas - ugdymo tobulinimas, gerai vykstančių procesų akcentavimas. 3) Ištyrus tėvų ir pedagogų nuomones apie ikimokyklinio ugdymo proceso vadybos kokybę, įrodyta, kad teikiamos paslaugos yra kokybiškos.
Novelty and relevance - the subject is new, because nobody did a research on the quality of education at “Vaikystes Sodas” so far. Although the quality of other preschool education in some other kindergartens has already been researched in some aspects. It is rather difficult to examine the quality, when there is no quality measurement system, such as pre-school audit process, which is not established yet. The topic is most important to the administration, teachers and families at "Vaikystes sodas”. It is a rapidly expanding network of preschool education institutions throughout Lithuania, therefore it is important for those people to know about the quality of the service provided. This topic is also important for those students who are willing to get employed at this institution later. The main conclusions of Master Work are as follows: 1) Management quality and the concept of its system have been revealed on the basis of scientific literature. It is generally interpreted by common management theories that apply to both general education and to applied management. The object of quality management has been shown –organization results, internal and external recourses, supporting and main processes, their sequence and interaction 2) educational documents and copyright organizations document analysis revealed the purpose of early education- to help the child meet his/ her natural, cultural as well as ethnic, social, and cognitive needs. "Vaikystes Sodas". It broadens the definition of emotional intelligence at “Vaikystes Sodas”. It was revealed that quality control, evaluation of teachers are carried out at "Vaikystes Sodas, the aim of which is education improvement as well as focus on the good processes. 3) Having researched the parents and preschool teachers' opinions on the quality of the management of the educational process, it turned out that the services provided are quality. Most teachers appreciate the opportunity to work according to non-traditional education programs, the opportunity to grow professionally and have close relations between the colleagues and administration.
