This investigation is the first approach to the peculiarities of the communication competence of beginner educators and trainee students. It has been hypothesized during investigation that the communication competence of beginner educators and trainee students is insufficient for successful integration into an educational institution. The purpose of this investigation was to survey beginner educators and trainee students asking their opinions about the communication competence and to evaluate their communication and cooperation skills with community members, children and parents. The results have shown that beginner educators have better communication skills with community members than trainee students. Both investigated groups face with problems while communicating with children. More than one third of the beginner educators usually experience anxiety and negative feelings. They tend to be severe upon children and estrange them. Meanwhile one third of the trainee students do not take problems into consideration and ignore them. It has been noticed that beginner educators willingly communicate with parents while trainee students usually do not tend to cooperate with parents and avoid maintaining long term relations with them. The hypothesis of the investigation proved to be true. To conclude, beginner educators and trainee students should improve on their communication skills.
