Abstract: Fizinio aktyvumo mažėjimas vaikystėje ir paauglystės laikotarpiu turi neigiamą įtaką jų fiziniam vystymui(si) ir parengtumui, o fizinių kūno galių mažėjimas, nepakankamas jo lavinimas ir puoselėjimas gali lemti ir visos asmenybės laipsnišką degradaciją. Todėl aktualu tirti mokinių fizinį aktyvumą, fizinį ir funkcinį pajėgumąbei judėjimo gebėjimų kaitą taikant eksperimentinę programą, sudarytą iš pratimų, veikiančių pagrindines raumenų grupes (krūtinės, pilvo preso, kojų).Tyrimo tikslas –nustatyti 8 ir 10 klasių mokinių(berniukų) fizinį aktyvumą ir fizinio parengtumo kaitą, naudojant jėgos ugdymo kompleksą.Uždaviniai: Nustatyti 8 ir 10 klasių mokinių fizinį aktyvumą ir fizinį parengtumą.Parengti ir realizuoti jėgos ugdymo komplmetu.Nustatyti 8 ir 10 klasių mokinių (berniukų) fizinio parengtumo kaitą.
The decline in physical activity during childhood and adolescence has negative effect on their physical development and training. Thus, the loss of physical power, insufficient development and fostering of body may result in gradual degradation of the personality. Therefore, it is important to examine the physical activity of schoolchildren, their physical and functional capacity as well as the change of movement capacity by applying the experimental program consisting of exercises affecting the main groups of muscles (chest, abdominal press and legs). Aim of the research – to determine the physical education as well as the change of physical training of the 8th and 10th year graders (boys) by applying the complex of power development. Tasks: To determine the physical activity and training of the 8th and 10th grade boys; to prepare and implement the complex of power development during the classes of physical training; to determine the change of physical training of the 8th and 10th year graders (boys). When implementing the aim and tasks of the research based on literature on the methodology and methods of the research, the methods of literature analysis and summary, questionnaires, pedagogical experiment, testing of physical training and functional capacity of a body as well as mathematical statistical analysis have been used in the thesis. The research was carried out with the 8th and 10th grade boys. During the questioning, the sample of twenty respondents – the 8th and 10th year graders (in total 40 schoolchildren). The short Lithuanian version consisting of 7 questions called International Physical Activity Questionnaire was While testing the 8th grade boys were divided into two groups: 8E (n=10), for which the experimental complex was applied and 8K (n=10) – control group for which the experimental complex was not applied. The 10th grade boys were also divided into two groups: 10E (n=10) (experimental group) and 10K (n=10) (control group).
