Pradinio ugdymo pedagogo rengimas Lietuvos ir Anglijos nacionalinei mokyklai
Steniukynienė, Vilma |
Per pastaruosius metus Lietuvos švietime vyko įvairūs pokyčiai, - buvo atnaujinamas ugdymo turinys, diegiamos informacinės technologijos, pertvarkyta egzaminų sistema, vykdomos mokyklos struktūros ir tinklo pertvarka, įvesta nauja finansavimo tvarka, tobulinamas veiksmų planas mokytojų darbo apmokėjimui įgyvendinti bei parengtas Pedagogų rengimo koncepcijos projektas, numatantis ikimokyklinio ir pradinio ugdymo specialistų rengimą. Norint toliau reformuoti Lietuvos švietimo politikos sistemą reikia didinti tiek dalykinius, tiek socialinius pedagogui keliamus reikalavimus, kurių įgyvendinimas reikalauja naujų kompetencijų. Todėl tinkamai įgyvendinant šiuos iššūkius, derėtų Lietuvos švietimo politinius siekinius orientuoti į Europinius švietimo politikos standartus. Tokiu būdu lyginant ikimokyklinio ir pradinio ugdymo specialistų rengimą su Europos Sąjungos švietimo politika, kuri yra orientuota į ugdymą bei socialinių paslaugų integravimą teikiant paramą vaikui ir šeimai, derėtų pabrėžti, jog šiandieninėms pradinio ugdymo institucijoms Lietuvoje reikalingi ypač aukštos kvalifikacijos pedagogai gebantys atlikti ne tik pradinio, bet ir psichologo, spec. pedagogo bei socialinio pedagogo darbą. Kadangi gyvename demokratinėje visuomenėje, būtina atsižvelgti ir į Lietuvos visuomenės narių poreikius formuojant švietimo politiką. Tik bendras darbas gali sukurti kokybiškas sąlygas, kurių reikia tiek atskiram mokytojui, tiek mokyklai, tiek visuomenei. Todėl pažymint Lietuvos akademikų (A.Lukoševičiaus, I.Jonutytės, A.Gumuliauskienės, A.Juodaitytės, R.Makarskaitės-Petkevičienės, A.Žemgulienės, Ž.Jackūno, G.Šeibokienės bei kt.) nuogąstavimus išsakytus švietimo leidiniuose dėl pradinio ugdymo pedagogo rengiamos koncepcijos turime priminti, kad turėdami gerą įstatyminę bazę, geras metodines priemones, puikią ir palankią mokymosi aplinką bei daugelį kitų mokymo procesui reikalingų atributų, bet neturėdami aukšto lygio pedagogo, nieko reikšmingo šioje sferoje negalėsime sukurti. Lietuvoje vykdoma švietimo reforma turi būti traktuojama kaip viena iš prioritetinių valstybės sričių ir asmenys, atsakingi už švietimo reformos pertvarką bei veiksmingumą, semdamiesi patirties iš senas demokratines tradicijas puoselėjančių valstybių, turėtų pasiekti aukšto lygio švietimo politikos įgyvendinimo ir Lietuvoje.
It is obvious that during the whole century reforming board of education in our country we have faced few challenges and their solutions made worry all the society and its academics. During recent years Lithuania’s board of education has proved that the question of quality of education haven’t been solved yet. The other thing that we need to worry about is primary school teacher’s low reputation not only in philosophical level but in law as well. It was made by rising up objective and social needs, that are made by taking up more competence so we can notice some clear demurs for legislations. To mark Lithuanian academics’ worries because of primary school teacher’s preparation, we would like to remind our politicians about basic subjects of education system. If we want to have a great base of legalizations we must save teacher with high level of knowledge and universities that prepare teachers as well. The reform of education that is happening in Lithuania now should be one of the most important things, where the philosophy of teacher should dictate the main changes and rules. In order to find out about society’s attitude to primary teachers in Lithuania and in the United Kingdom the research has been done in both of countries. The results of research showed that Lithuanian people are much stricter for children’s teachers than British. They rise huge demands for their children’s educator. Recent primary school’s reforms are link with practical pragmatic professional preparation not with scholarly – academic. In the United Kingdom primary school teacher’s preparation is understood as person’s professional perfection starting from professional to academic level.
