Abstract: Šiame darbe buvo atlikti energetinių augalų – topinambų biometriniai, frakcijos nustatymo, džiovinimo natūralia ventiliacija bei sutankinimo proceso įvertinimo tyrimai. Gauti rezultatai pateikti grafiškai bei lentelėse ir aptariami darbe. Tiriama medžiaga – rudenį pjautų ir smulkintų topinambų stiebų pjaustinys. Nustatyta, kad tiriamos medžiagos sutankinimo procesas tiesiogiai priklauso nuo veikiamos jėgos bei pjaustinio drėgnio. Geriausiai presuojasi 6,3 % drėgnio pjaustinys veikiamas 150kN jėgos ir tankis vidutiniškai siekia 1128±34 kg/m3. Topinambų stiebų briketai plečiasi po sutankinimo ir kuo drėgnesnis pjaustinys, tuo labiau plečiasi išilgai ir statmenai veikiančiai jėgai. Plėtimasis vidutiniškai trunka 12-14 valandų.
In this work various researches have been carried out on the energetic plants – Jerusalem artichokes: biometrical, fraction establishment, drying by natural ventilation and consolidation process evaluation. Results of the research are presented in tables and graphs, as well as discussed in the paper. The material investigated was the fretwork of Jerusalem artichokes‘ masts that have been cut and shredded in autumn. It has been determined that consolidation process of the investigated material directly depends upon the working force and fretwork’s humidity. It has been established that the best fretwork to extrude is the one of 6,3 % humidity, which is influenced by 150kN force and its density reaches in average around 1128±34 kg/m3. Jerusalem artichokes‘ mast briquettes expand after consolidation and the more humid is the fretwork, the more it expands lengthwise and vertically to the force at work. The expansion endures in average for 12-14 hours.
