Abstract: Tyrimo objektas: profesinis rengimas Tyrimo metodai: dokumentų ir literatūros šaltinių analizė ir sintezė. Tyrimo rezultatai: Pokario Vokietijoje atsidūrė iš Lietuvos pabėgusi didelė lietuvių tautos elito dalis, supratusi išsilavinimo reikšmę. Maksimaliai panaudodami ikikarinės Nepriklausomos Lietuvos ugdymo patirtį, 1944–1950 m. Vokietijoje gyvenę lietuviai sunkiomis ir neįprastomis sąlygomis ne tik atkūrė tarpukario Lietuvos švietimo sistemą, kurią sudarė vaikų darželiai, pradžios mokyklos, progimnazijos bei gimnazijos, bet buvo įkurtos ir kelios specialiosios (profesinės) bei aukštosios mokyklos. Kryptingas LTB Švietimo valdybos darbas ir mokytojų profesinis pasirengimas, entuziazmas bei pasiaukojimas lėmė Vokietijoje ekstremaliomis sąlygomis veikusių mokymo įstaigų profesinio parengimo lygį, adekvatų pokario sąlygoms ir tenkinantį daugelio lietuvių jaunimo profesinio rengimo poreikį.
Research target: professional training; Research methods: Analysis of literary sources and documents, and interpretation. Research results: When Soviet Union occupied Lithuania in 1944, several thousand lithuanians‘ retreated to Germany and were accommodated in DP (displaced person) camps. Basically, DP were without rights, their had no rights to free work and movement. There were applied antebellum independent Lithuania‘s education experience at the maximum, in 1945-1950 lithuanian habitable in Germany under heavy and extraordinarily conditions restored independency Lithuania‘s education system and constituted opportunities to the youth to pursue the professional background in varying formal education establishment (gymnasium, profession school, higher educational institutions) and in non-formal (different courses) lithuanian‘s profession training establishments. Through these establishments the lithuanian youth had opportunity to obtain request profession, to integrate to the foreign community, whereas the profession training establishments as institutions educated young generation and supported nationally, by making the opportunity to lithuanian to learn in native language.
