Biocheminių junginių kiekio kitimas topinambų stiebagumbiuose augimo metu
Tyrimo tikslas – ištirti biocheminių junginių sudėties kiekio kitimą topinambų stiebagumbiuose augimo metu. Tyrimo objektas – 'Sauliai', 'Albik', 'Rubik' veislių topinambų stiebagumbiai. Tyrimai vykdyti 2014 metais ASU maisto žaliavų agronominių ir zootechninių tyrimų, LAMMC ŽI bei E. Kanto Baltijos federalinio Universiteto (Rusija) Cheminių tyrimų laboratorijose. Uždaviniai: 1. Ištirti ir įvertinti topinambų stiebagumbių biocheminius junginius VI – VIII, IX – X, XI bei XII organogenezės etapuose. 2. Ištirti ir atrinkti turtingiausią biologiškai aktyviais junginiais topinambų veislę. Tyrimo metodai – standartiniais metodais įvertinta stiebagumbių biocheminė sudėtis: sausųjų medžiagų, inulino, baltymų, azoto, fosforo, kalio, magnio, NDF, ADF ir angliavandenių kiekis (procentais sausojoje medžiagoje), bei leikoantocianų, katechinų ir fenolinių junginių kiekis mg 100 g -1. Tyrimo rezultatai – ištyrus 'Sauliai', 'Albik', 'Rubik' veislių topinambų stiebagumbių biocheminių junginių sudėtį augimo metu padarytos sekančios išvados: didžiausi visų tirtų veislių topinambų stiebagumbiuose ADF, NDF, leikoantocianų, magnio ir angliavandenių kiekiai nustatyti VI – VIII organogenezės etapuose; katechinų, fenolių, kalio ir angliavandenių – IX – X etapuose; sausųjų medžiagų, inulino, fosforo – XI – XII organogenezės etapuose; baltymų – XII- jame etape. Topinambų stiebagumbiuose augimo metu vidutiniškai didžiausi baltymų, leikoantocianų, azoto kiekiai nustatyti 'Albik', 'Sauliai'; kalio, magnio, angliavandenių, fenolių – 'Albik', 'Rubik'; sausųjų medžiagų – 'Albik'; katechinų – 'Rubik', 'Sauliai'; NDF, ADF, fosforo – 'Rubik'; inulino – 'Sauliai' veislės stiebagumbiuose.
Object of the research: Jerusalem artichoke tubers of 'Sauliai', 'Albik', 'Rubik' species. Aim of the research: to investigate the change in the quantitative composition of biochemical compounds in Jerusalem artichoke tubers during vegetation. Investigations were carried out in 2014 in the laboratory of Raw Materials for Food Zootechnical and Agronomical Analyses, ASU, in the laboratory of the Institute of Agriculture, Lithuanian Research Centre for Agriculture and Forestry and in the laboratory of Chemical Analyses, Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University (Russia). Objectives of the research: 1. To investigate and evaluate biochemical compounds in Jerusalem artichoke tubers at stages VI – VIII, IX – X, XI and XII of organogenesis. 2. To investigate and sort out the Jerusalem artichoke species, which is richest in biochemical active compounds. Research methods: the composition of biochemical compounds was evaluated by means of standard method application: dry matter, inulin, proteins, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, NDF, ADF, the amount of carbohydrates (percent in dry matter), and the amount of leicoantocianes, catechin, and phenol compounds mg 100g-1. Research results: having investigated the composition of biochemical compounds in Jerusalem artichoke species 'Sauliai', 'Albik', 'Rubik' during vegetation, the following conclusions were drawn: the highest amounts of ADF, NDF, leucoanthocyanins, magnesium and carbohydrates were determined at stages VI – VIII of organogenesis in all investigated tubers of different Jerusalem artichoke species; the highest amounts of catechin, phenol, potassium and carbohydrates were recorded at stages IX – X; the highest amounts of dry matter inulin, phosphorus were determined at stages XI – XII. During the growth, the satisfactorily highest amounts of proteins, leucoanthocyanins, and nitrogen were established in 'Albik' and 'Sauliai' species; the satisfactorily highest amounts of potassium, magnesium, carbohydrates, phenols were determined in 'Albik' and 'Rubik' species; the satisfactorily highest amount of dry matter was recorded in 'Albik' species; the satisfactorily highest amount of catechin was identified in 'Rubik' and 'Sauliai'; the satisfactorily highest amounts of phosphorus, NDF and ADF were estimated in 'Rubik'; 'Sauliai' species resulted in the satisfactorily highest amount of inulin.
