Abstract: Straipsnyje pristatomas empirinis tyrimas, nagrinėjantis psichologinio įgalinimo individualias, su vadovavimu susijusias ir organizacines prielaidas. Aptariami tyrimo ribotumai, tolesnių tyrimų kryptys bei praktinės rezultatų pritaikymo galimybės.
The paper presents a study aimed at analysing individual, managerial and organizational antecedents of psychological empowerment. The authors discuss limitations of the study and implications for the future research as well as possibilities of practical implications.
